Slab Creek is a spacious, sprawling paradise in Lovelady, Texas-curated with large groups in mind-offering 36 extremely comfortable bunkbeds, a basketball court, and a lake all on one sleepy, sunlit property. Whether you're bringing the ol' family back together or hosting a team-building weekend, we have plenty of hospitality and room to spare.
Our facility was designed around southern charm, warmth, and the familiar comfort of home. Our all-inclusive facility boasts a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a fire pit, and more. No need will go unmet here at The Slab– just like back home.

FAQs
What are check-in/out times?
Check-in is from 3-10 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed?
No alcohol is permitted on the premises to ensure a family-friendly environment.
Can I bring my pet to The Slab?
Because we prioritize cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed on-site.
What amenities are included in the property?
The Slab features an indoor half basketball court, a game room loft with arcade games, air hockey, a 3-acre lake, a fire pit, a swing set, and much more.
How many guests can The Slab accommodate?
The Slab can comfortably accommodate up to 36 guests with 18 custom bunk beds downstairs and an additional 18 beds in the loft. However, there is plenty of space to accommodate extra guests. We've had guests camp outside in tents, bring air mattresses, and squeeze into any extra square footage they could find. If your philosophy is "The more, the merrier," then you'll have no problem finding room to fit everyone in!
Are there any additional charges for events or extra guests?
Events must be approved and may incur additional fees. For groups over 16 guests, there is a charge of $15 per person per night for each additional guest.
Is there Wi-Fi on-site?
We are happy to provide Wi-Fi to all of our guests.
